All rooms are strictly non smoking. Smoking in the room incurs a fee of $350 minimum; additional charges may apply if the room is unable to let out. A surcharge of 3% applies to all credit cards. Bicycles are not permitted in guest rooms and charges will apply for bicycles found in guest rooms. Any bookings made over the phone, same policies apply. Full payment is required on arrival. A valid credit card/debit card or a refundable bond is required. A pre-authorisation of $150-$300 will be processed on your credit or debit card prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the transaction is declined. Pre-authorisation will be cleared on the day of departure. Please note this generally takes 3-5 business days to show as cleared in your account. The pre-authorisation or bond will be held for any pending charges including, but not limited to, damage, missing items, etc.
GIFT VOUCHERS: GIft Vouchers are available, once issued all gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, Cannot be exchange for cash or for any other offers.
